What is Market Pulse?

Market Pulse is a broker utility tool designed to help facilitate the purchasing and selling of equities across a variety of brokers.

How do I use Market Pulse?

Market Pulse is designed to be easy to use. Simply enter the ticker symbol of the equity you want to buy or sell, and Market Pulse will provide you with the current bid and ask prices. You can then enter the quantity you want to buy or sell, and Market Pulse will place an order within your broker account. You can view your order history within the brokerage's standard interface.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

All credit-based subscriptions can be used on as many devices as you'd like. On the original/primary device, register at our registration page. On all other devices, you can login at our login page.

Note: this feature is not available for Legacy subscriptions or for Unlimited plans.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at our cancel page anytime.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, login to your paypal account at https://paypal.com and update your payment information.

What Is The Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds at this time for any unused portion of your subscription. However, we offer a trial for free, no strings attached!

Do you offer referrals?

Referrals are possible! Every subscription can offer referrals, with the benefit being different based on which plan you are subscribed to and which plan your referral subscribes to.

If your referral signs up for a Credit-based plan, your referral will earn a one-time 2000 credits when they subscribe.

If your referral signs up for an Unlimited plan, your referral will lock in the promotional rate for an additional 1 month.

If you are on a Credit-based plan, your referral will earn you bonus credits per month.

If you are on an Unlimited plan, your referral will earn you a discounted rate per month while they are subscribed.

Note: A referral is considered valid if they are new subscriber to Market Pulse. Existing subscribers are not eligible for use as a referral. Referrals must stay active for 90 days or bonuses may be reverted.

Is my data secure?

Yes! This extension operates locally to execute all trades. Your brokerage identifier keys and access tokens are not submitted to any provider other than the brokerage for which it applies. Certain anonymized metrics and errors are submitted by Market Pulse periodically to Market Pulse managed servers for troubleshooting purposes, but does not include PII of any kind nor access tokens.
