Subscriptions

Note that Market Pulse reserves the right to not renew any existing subscription for any reason, including but not limited to discontinuation of a previously available subscription package offering.

Indemnification

By signing for or using Market Pulse, using either the Free Trial or one of the paid offerings, you agree to hold Maple Rope harmless for any financial losses you may incur. Market Pulse is a tool that provides data and insights to help you make informed decisions, but it is not a financial advisor. Credits

Market Pulse credits do not expire and are virtual items which hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of financial compensation. Their use is limited to Market Pulse features only. All transactions involving credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
